Do you know why the ritual of licking the salt and sucking on lime for a shot of tequila came about? Well, the salt and lime is meant to mask the taste of really bad tasting (usually cheap and crappy mixtos) tequila. I learnt from an old Mexican friend many years ago that if it's a good tequila, it's usually sipped neat (like a good whisky).

Anyway, Sauza 901 is a new tequila that's supposedly so good, no limes are required (I can't vouch for the claim as it hasn't reached our stores yet). Actually, the whole point of this post is for me to show you this weird 3 minute plus ad featuring Justin Timberlake as a washed up lime. Yes, Justin Timberlake, as a lime, Lol. Enjoy:
